ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program by reducing TxDOT funding in the Capital Improvement Program Project AI2116 Stormwater Erosion Mitigation Phase 2 by $2,990,000.
• The Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $965,00 from the Airport Construction Fund balance to the Capital Improvement Program Project AI2116, Stormwater Erosion Mitigation Phase 2. TxDOT Aviation will manage the Project on behalf of the Airport.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Grading improvements and drainage enhancements are necessary to mitigate erosion in the runway safety area. TxDOT has programmed $650,000 for this project in its 2021 Airport Capital Improvement Program.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program by reducing TxDOT funding in the Capital Improvement Program Project AI2116 Stormwater Erosion Mitigation Phase 2 by $2,990,000.
• The Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $965,000 from the Airport Construction Fund balance to the Capital Improvement Program Project AI2116, Stormwater Erosion Mitigation Phase 2.
• TxDOT’s maximum contribution for the project will be $650,000.
