• This Resolution authorizes an award of a fixed priced contract with Durwood Hauling, LLC dba Hawkins Construction, LLC of McKinney, Texas, Silversand Zodega, LLC dba The Silversand Services of Houston, Texas, Coast to Coast Contracting of Bonham, Texas, Jack R. Carpenter, Inc. dba Jerry Carpenter Excavation of Melissa, Texas, Incircle Management, Inc. of Westlake, Texas, Texas, Capital Lawns of McKinney, Texas, and Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. of Pasadena, California for Mowing and Grounds Maintenance.

• The City issued an Invitation to Bid 24-04FP, Mowing and Grounds Maintenance on April 14, 2024.

• In response to all notices published, fourteen (14) bids were received on May 16, 2024, from the following vendors:

• An evaluation team comprised of staff from Code Services, Parks & Recreation, Public Works, and Procurement Services reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:

o 27 Points - Bidder’s Capacity to Perform - Review of Equipment/Personnel Lists
o 20 Points - Reputation of Bidder/Bidder’s Goods or Services - Reference Checks
o 10 Points - Experience
