ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program to provide funding for the design and renovation of the North Public Works Complex Project (FC2058).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The construction documents were issued on April 30, 2021 and bids have been received by Crossland Construction Company, Inc.
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021 - 2025 Capital Improvements Program budget to fund the FC2058 project.
• There is a companion agenda item for a GMP Amendment to the Pre-construction contract with Crossland related to this project also included in this council session.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget and the 2021-2025 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $500,000 in the General Fund and transferring it to the Facilities Improvement Fund and appropriating it for the North Public Works Complex Project (FC2058).
• This Ordinance also authorizes the transfer of $750,000 from the Public Works Facility Expansion Project (FC1202) to the North Public Works Complex Project (FC2058).
