RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the attached Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Transfers among Capital Improvement projects are proposed to complete construction of the Mouzon Baseball Dugout Shade Structures project (PK0217) and McKinney Soccer Complex Tournament Pavilion project (PK6045).
• A total of $20,400 is proposed to be transferred from the Mouzon Baseball Spectator Shade Structures project (PK0216), funded by general obligation funds to Mouzon Baseball Dugout Shade Structures project (PK0217).
• A total of $59,300 is proposed to be transferred from the Mouzon Baseball Spectator Shade Structures project (PK0216), funded by general obligation funds to the McKinney Soccer Complex Tournament Pavilion project (PK6045).
• Funding transfers are needed to construct as planned the dugout shade structures at the Mouzon Ball Fields and the McKinney Soccer Complex Tournament Pavilion at Craig Ranch.

• Concurrent items on this agenda include an agenda item and resolution authorizing a construction agreement to construct the Mouzon Baseball Spectator and Dugout Shade Structures project and an agenda item and resolution authorizing a construction agreement to construct the McKinney Soccer Complex Tournament Pavilion project.
