ITEM SUMMARY: 

•                     The City Council desires to revise the McKinney Economic Development Corporation Bylaws.

•                     On August 18, 2015 the City Council approved forwarding the revised Bylaws to the MCDC Board for consideration.

•                     On September 1, 2015, the MEDC Board tabled the consideration of the 5^th Amended Bylaws to their Regular meeting on September 15, 2015.

•                     The MEDC Board will consider the 5^th Amended Bylaws at their meeting on September 15, 2015 and will forward their recommendation to City Council.
