RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request with the following special ordinance provision:
o The subject property, more fully depicted on Exhibit A, shall develop according to Section 146-85 (“BG” - General Business District) of the City of McKinney Zoning Ordinance, and as amended, and the “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District, and as amended.
