APPROVAL PROCESS:  The Planning and Zoning Commission is the final approval authority for the proposed preliminary-final plat.

 

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed preliminary-final plat with the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions for Preliminary-Final Plat Approval Checklist, attached.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 75 acres into 239 lots and 17 common areas. A preliminary-final plat (#11-075PF) for the subject property was previously approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 28, 2011. However, subsequent to that approval, the applicant proposed several minor modifications to the plat which necessitated the need for the approval of a new preliminary-final plat.
