RECOMMEND CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This resolution authorizes a supplemental agreement with LJA Engineering, Inc. to provide additional professional architectural and engineering services for the design of the Dog Park and Play Zone at Towne Lake Park Project (PK4393), for an increase in the not to exceed from $414,910 to a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $443,000.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* LJA Engineering, Inc. is currently under contract with the City for design and construction administration services related to the Dog Park and Play Zone at Towne Lake Park Project.
* As design on the project has progressed, additional services are required for development of the property by the Texas Historical Commission which were not included in the original contract with LJA Engineering, Inc.
* Additional services include mechanical trenching of the proposed boundary of the Old Settlers Cemetery as required by the Texas Historical Commission to confirm the limits of the cemetery.
* LJA Engineering, Inc. submitted a proposal for $18,650 for these additional services...
