RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request subject to the following special ordinance provisions:

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 20.76 acres of land, generally for multi-family and commercial uses and to modify the development standards.
