ITEM SUMMARY:

Funding is provided to established nonprofits to provide for the health, safety and shelter needs of McKinney residents.

Funding recommendations are made to City Council by the Community Grants Advisory Commission.

Current prioritization of funding is for disaster aid, basic needs (food and clothing), housing, health and medical, transportation and recreation and sports.
