ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Main Street Board desires to amend the bylaws to reflect updated duties of the Secretary/Treasurer position, reduce the number of directors from 11 to 9, and add additional financial controls regarding signing of checks.
• The McKinney Main Street bylaws were last amended in November 2013.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City Council discussed the proposed changes at the June 1, 2015 Work Session.
• The changes requested by the City Council have been incorporated into the Bylaws.

• The McKinney Main Street Board Bylaws (if approved) by City Council was considered by the McKinney Main Street Board during their meeting on June 11, 2015.
