ITEM SUMMARY:
• The McKinney Airport Development Corporation (MADC) is recommending numerous changes to Chapter 30 (Aviation),
• This Ordinance repeals Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting a new Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Chapter 30 of the City Code is also known as Airport Minimum Standard and Rules and Regulations for Collin County Regional Airport.
• During a review of Chapter 30, the MADC identified the need to make certain changes as listed on the attached change summary.
