ITEM SUMMARY:
· The City of McKinney is presented the Texas Comptroller's Leadership Circle Platinum Member.
· The program recognizes local governments that strive to meet high financial transparency online.
· We received a score of 22 points, the highest possible.
· This project was coordinated by Donna Chamberlain and Xochilt Medina in the Financial Services Department, along with assistance from Susan Mardele in Marketing/Communications.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· The City previously earned the award in 2010 and 2012, with Leadership Circle Gold Member at that time highest award.
· The award designation is valid for one year.
