APPROVAL PROCESS:  The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the March 15, 2016 meeting.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request with the following condition.

 

1.                     Prior to the site plan submittal, the applicant provide an overall government complex plan.
