ITEM SUMMARY:
· On September 16, 2014, the City Council approved annexation request number 14-144A (Melton Farms) and adopted Ordinance No. 2014-09-069 which incorporated approximately 29.02 acres of land located approximately 1,900 feet north of Eldorado Parkway and on the east side of Custer Road into the City of McKinney's corporate limits.
· The adopted ordinance failed to establish which City Council district the subject property would be located within. The proposed ordinance will establish the subject property's location within City Council District Number Two.
