RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to the professional services agreement with Lake | Flato + Parkhill to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services from design development & construction documents phase through the bidding and construction administration phase in conjunction with the McKinney Municipal Complex Project (FC1707).
* The selected consultant team, Lake | Flato + Parkhill, submitted a proposal to provide A/E services for design development documents, construction documents, civil engineering, landscape architecture and planning, workforce planning, future of work interviews, design liaison, research & reviews, design of information transport systems, audio-visual infrastructure, audio/video infrastructure, security design, envelope assemblies, ADA and TAS design review and recommendations, cost estimating, site entitlement, interior design, furniture, fixture & equipment services, structural peer review, bidding services and construction administration, for the McKinney Municipal Complex Project.
