ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Resolution authorizes award of a fixed price contract with Bassco Services, Incorporated of Dallas, TX for Aviation Fuel Systems & Ground Support Equipment Maintenance & Repairs.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The purpose of this contract is to provide the Airport Depart with the ability to obtain Aviation Fuel System & Ground Support Equipment Maintenance & Repairs services under a fixed price contract on an as needed basis.
• The City issued an Invitation to Bid 24-60FP, Aviation Fuel System & Ground Support Equipment Maintenance & Repairs on June 30, 2024.

o 90 matching eBid Supplier notification were sent which include six (6) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• In response to all notices published, one (1) bids were received on July 18, 2024, from Bassco Services Incorporated.
• An evaluation team comprised of City staff reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
• 50% Price
• 37% Contractor’s Qualifications
• 10% Reputation of Bidder and Bidder’s Goods or Services/ Reference Checks
• 3% McKinney Local Presence
• The contract will commence on the date of award and continue for one (1) year period with additional two (2) one-year terms.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding for these services is budgeted in account 005-4119-503-8402.
