RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution amends the FY2015-2016 annual budget and the 2016 - 2020 Capital Improvements Program by creating new Capital Improvements Projects called ST1612 - Redbud Boulevard - Southbound Lanes and ST1613 - Reconstruction of McLarry Drive.
* The new projects will be funded with funds from the following projects:
o Transferring $1,200,000 Issued GO Bonds funds from the Developer Catalyst Project (ST4375) to the Unallocated Fund Balance Project (ST0000).
O Appropriating $1,200,000 from the Unallocated Fund Balance (ST0000) for ST1612 - Redbud Boulevard - Southbound Lanes Project.
O Transferring $600,000 Issued GO Bonds funds from the Developer Catalyst Project (ST4375) to the Unallocated Fund Balance Project (ST0000).
O Appropriating $600,000 from the Unallocated Fund Balance (ST0000) for ST1613 - Reconstruction of McLarry Drive Project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
*????The street projects are associated with the site development of the Bloomdale Road Pump Station Project (WA8132). As part of the site planning and development requirements, the roadways adjacent to the site need to be constructed and improved per the platting process requirements.
