ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all proposals under Solicitation 22-38RFP Decontamination Trailer.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued a solicitation (22-38RFP) for a Decontamination Trailer on May 1, 2022.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record.
o Posted on McKinney TV.
o 199 matching eBid supplier notifications which included seven (7) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 199 supplier notifications, one (1) proposal was received on June 16, 2022.
• During the review process of the submission, it was determined to be $60,000 over the grant amount received for the purchase of the trailer. McKinney Fire determined the budget was not available to use to cover the cost of the trailer.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding is budgeted 033.3200.426.92.01.
