· Appoint a member to Historic Preservation Advisory Board for a two year term ending September 30, 2015

· The City Council appointed members to various Boards and Commission on August 26, 2013.
· The City Council amended the Board and Commission Policy on Board and Commission Member Appointment and Eligibility on September 16, 2013.
· One member that was recently appointed does not meet the new eligibility requirements.
