summary
· Scholarship for one or more McKinney Arts Commission members to attend Business Council for the Arts Year-Long Training as approved in the Arts Commission Budget by City Council on October 1, 2013 in Agenda Item 13-1016.
· Cost for each Commissioner is approximately $800
