STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed conveyance plat due to its conformance with the subdivision ordinance and all applicable standards of the city.
ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 81.95 acres into 2 lots, Lot 1 (approximately 69.24), Lot 2 (approximately 12.71).
Per the provisions of the city’s subdivision ordinance, the proposed plat has satisfied the requirements of a conveyance plat as shown in the attachment to this report called “Conveyance Plat Checklist”
