STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely. Consideration of a variance by the Planning and Zoning Commission is no longer necessary and the site plan is able to be approved at the staff level.
ITEM SUMMARY: The proposed site plan would allow for the development of a fire station on an approximately 2.4-acre site.
