RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Staff recommends denial of the proposed rezoning request due to lack of conformance with Appendix B-2 (Regional Employment Center - Overlay Urban Design Standards) of the Zoning Ordinance.

* However, should the proposed rezoning request be approved, the following special ordinance provision shall apply:

1. The use and development of the subject property shall develop in accordance with the attached development regulations.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* The applicant is proposing to rezone approximately 142.04 acres of land generally to modify the development standards for single family residential (attached and detached) and multiple family residential uses.
