ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City and Collin County desire to enter into an agreement to settle all matters of the dispute, including attorneys’ fees, as set forth in documentation filed of the record by all parties to Cause No. 219-01855-2015 in the 219th Judicial District Court of Collin County, Texas.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• In 2015, Arch Resorts sued the City of McKinney in connection with its proposed development of an R.V. Resort. The City and Collin County seek, through separate agreement, to settle claims against one another, including the payment of attorneys’ fees.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Payment of $19,510 to Collin County.
