· Approve the Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
· The McKinney Airport Development Corporation (MADC) is recommending numerous changes to Chapter 30 (Aviation).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Chapter 30 of the City Code is also known as Airport Minimum Standards and Rules and Regulations for McKinney National Airport.
· During a review of Chapter 30, the MADC identified the need to make certain changes as indicated on the attached red line Ordinance.

BOARD RECOMMENDATION: McKinney Airport Development Corporation approved the Minimum Standards at their meeting on May 15, 2014.
