STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item be tabled indefinitely due to a due to public hearing notification signs not being posted on the subject property by the applicant in the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.
 
ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 12.80 acres of land, located on the southeast corner of McKinney Ranch Parkway and Ridge Road from "PD" - Planned Development District and "REC" - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to "PD" - Planned Development District and "REC" - Regional Employment Center Overlay District, generally to establish development regulations that allow for the development of single family detached residences.
