RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:

ITEM SUMMARY:
· Bid opening of 14-09CC was held on December 5, 2013.
· Invitation to bid was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet.
· The City of McKinney receives funds through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of eligible owner-occupied homes.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· The City of McKinney rejected all bids for the Rehabilitation of 1306 Oak Street under Solicitations #13-35CC and #14-03CC.
· The City amended the Scope and re-bid the project.
· Tabulation for recommended bid attached.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· Rehabilitation contract amount is $92,173.00.
· Funds for this project are appropriated and available in Community Housing Fund 14.
