ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services contract to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services related to the completion of design and construction of TKI Executive Terminal located at 1508 Industrial Blvd, McKinney, Texas.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* CaCo is a professional architectural consulting firm based in Dallas and has been the architect of record on multiple successful similar projects for municipalities including the McKinney National Airport.
* CaCo has submitted a proposal to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the design & completion of the TKI Executive Terminal for a lump sum fee of $199,717.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
* The TKI Executive Terminal project is included in the FY20 Capital Improvements Program plan and funds are available in AI1744.
