RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual contract 11-20FP to provide Concrete Sidewalk Construction & Repair on an “as needed” basis.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Bid opening for Bid Number 11-20FP was held on, 6/30/2011
• Bid request was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet
• Total of four (4) bids were received
• Recommended as best evaluated bid is PWR Concrete from McKinney, TX.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a three (3) year period with two (2) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
