ITEM SUMMARY: On behalf of the City of McKinney, the proposed request is to rezone the subject property to the "GC" Governmental Complex Zoning District, generally for development of a public parking lot. The subject property is currently owned by the City of McKinney and the proposed rezoning would allow for it to be incorporated and developed for use as a public parking lot. The parking lot is being considered separately from this item (SITE2021-0026).
