RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the February 15, 2022 City Council meeting. The item was considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on January 25, 2022 and is; therefore, not yet ready for City Council consideration.

BOARD OR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: On January 11, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0-0 to continue the public hearing and table the item to the January 25, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting per the applicant’s request.

On January 25, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-2-0 to recommend approval of the proposed zoning request.
