RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:                     

                     Approval of ordinance.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Budget and the 2022-2026 Capital Improvements Program to provide funding for land and services for the Municipal Complex Project (FC1707), to continue cash funding the project.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     The recently adopted fiscal year 2021-2022 Annual Budget appropriated $2,000,000 in the Water/Wastewater Fund for the project. This amendment will now appropriate the funds in the 2022-2026 Capital Improvements Program for the Municipal Complex Project (FC1707).

 

FINANCIAL SUMMARY: 

                     This Ordinance amends the budget by appropriating $1,000,000 in the General Fund from fund balance and transferring it to the Facilities Improvement Fund and appropriating it in the Municipal Complex Project (FC1707).

                     This Ordinance also amends the budget by transferring $2,000,000 from the Water/Wastewater Fund appropriations to the Facilities Improvement Fund and appropriating it in the Municipal Complex Project (FC1707).
