RECOMMENDATION:
• Staff is recommending approval of the calendar for the Historic Home Recognition Program.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Historic Preservation Advisory Board will be presented the Final Design of the 2015-16 Historic Home Recognition Calendar for approval.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Board has selected 14 houses to be in this year’s calendar as well as 15 artists to illustrate the selected houses and the front cover. Board and Staff have collected historic facts, important dates, photos of the houses, sold ads to finance the calendar, and provided the layout of the calendar.
• The Board will present the calendar at Music In Motion on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Heard-Craig Center for the Arts.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• A total of $8,400.00 for the printing of the calendar was raised.
