RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with P.C. Contractors LLC for the construction of the SCADA Controlled Pressure Reducing Valve 850 PP to 794 PP Project for a total contract amount not to exceed $ 247,000.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, LLP, prepared the construction plans for this project.
* Seven bids were received for this project on July 17, 2014. The following is a summary of the bids:

* This Resolution authorizes a contract and all necessary change orders with P.C. Contractors LLC for an amount not to exceed $247,000.
* Funds are available in the Capital Improvements Program in WA4206.
