· Purchase of seven (7) 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV, six for the Patrol Division, one for the Crime Scene Division of the Police Department for $26,282.68 each
· Available for purchase from Reliable Chevrolet of Richardson, Texas, through State of Texas Term Contract 071-A1
· Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, Interlocal Cooperation Contracts, authorizes cities to make purchases utilizing cooperative contracts such as the ones available through the State of Texas term contracts
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· All items approved in FY2013 Budget
· Purchase price of $26,282.68 does not include cost for additional make ready equipment
