RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Recommending approval of proposed resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes an increase to the existing client agreement with R.H. Sweeney Associates for the continuation of executive leadership development training and for use of the Predictive Index Software tool to an amount not to exceed $25,500 annually.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• R.H. Sweeny Associates provides executive leadership development training.
• Agreement also provides the City unlimited access to Predictive Index tools and resources for the entire City staff.
• The original Resolution presented and passed by Council on 12/17/2013 did not account for agreement renewal options and annual usage fees.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes an increase to the agreement with R.H. Sweeney for an amount not to exceed $25,500 annually.
o $15,500 Annual Usage Fee
o $10,000 Development Training
• Funds for annual usage fees are available in Human Resources’ account 001-1211-413-8516.
• Development training will be funded from the requesting department(s) training account.
