ITEM SUMMARY:
• This amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget by appropriating $341,900 from the TIRZ 1 Fund balance to a rehabilitation project at 215 N Kentucky Street.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• This project is aligned with the TIRZ 1 project plan set on September 1, 2010 and presented to the TIRZ 1 Board on February 21, 2023.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget will be amended by appropriating $341,900 from the TIRZ 1 fund balance.
• This amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget is dependent on the City Council’s approval.
