STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item tabled to the September 27, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to notifications signs not being posted on the subject property in the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing a specific use permit to allow a restaurant with drive-through (Seven Brew Coffee) on the northwest corner of Highway 380 and Sharon Lane.
The zoning for the property (“BN” - Neighborhood Business District) requires that a specific use permit be granted in order for a restaurant with a drive-through to be operated on the subject property.
