· Fill the unexpired term on the Board of Adjustment
ITEM SUMMARY:
· Shannon Mott resigned as a member of the Board of Adjustment. (Term expires September 30, 2014)
· If the Council chooses to select an alternate to fill the unexpired term, another alternate will also need to be appointed.

§ Scott Jacoby - Term expires 09/30/15
§ Jim D'Emidio - Term expires 09/30/14
