RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
· The MCVB Board recommends that the City Council approve the proposed resolution amending the FY 12-13 Annual Budget.
ITEM SUMMARY:
· This resolution authorizes the transfer of $16,500 from the Unallocated Fund Balance to the 2012-2013 MCVB General Budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· The MCVB had an estimated cost for expenditures for their move from 1575 Heritage to 200 West Virginia, current expenditures have total $16,500. Included in that expense is:
o Loss of lease deposit on 218 E. Louisiana
o Movers Fee
o Deposit for current location, 200 W. Virginia
o IT move, provided by Southland
o Cabling expense as provided by TFE Connect

· The attached financial summary details the finding changes to the Unallocated Fund Balance.
