ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Budget by appropriating $80,000 from the TIRZ 1 Fund balance for historic building renovations specifically north façade restoration and roof repair of the building situated at 101 W. Louisiana Street.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• This project is aligned with the TIRZ 1 project plan set on September 1, 2010 and has been approved by the TIRZ 1 Board.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget will be amended by appropriating $80,000 from the TIRZ 1 fund balance.
