RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Award annual service contract 11-21FP to provide Concrete: Ready Mixed on an “as needed basis”.

• Bid request was advertised and specifications were made available via the internet
• Total of one (1) bids were received
• Recommended as best evaluated bid is Lattimore Materials in McKinney, Texas.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with four (4) one year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funds will be encumbered as needed for the jobs that may arise during this contract period.
