• The application was approved as valid, and seven thousand five hundred (7,500) official petition blank forms were issued to the requestor. As required by the Texas Election Code (TEC), the Texas Secretary of State and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission were notified of the petition.
• The petition was returned to the City Secretary on January 18, 2022, with results of findings due at the City Council Regular Meeting of March 1, 2022.
