STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be continued and the item be tabled until the October 25, 2011 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, per the applicant’s request.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting approval of a specific use permit to allow a restaurant with drive through on the subject property in conjunction with approval of a site plan to construct the 2,500 square foot restaurant with drive through building and a 3,100 square foot retail/restaurant building. The subject property is approximately 1.19 acres, and is located on the southeast corner of McDonald Street (State Highway 5) and Anthony Street.
