ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a fixed price contract with Brent Murley Plumbing of Van Alstyne, Texas, as the Primary Vendor and Innovation HVAC Services, LLC of Dallas, Texas, as the Secondary Vendor for Plumbing Services on an as needed basis.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Invitation for Bid 16-39FP Plumbing Services in December 2015.
• Six (6) bids were received on December 31, 2015.
• An Evaluation Team comprised of three City employees reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
o Price
o Reputation of the bidder(s) and of bidders’ goods or services verified through references
o Extent to which the goods or services meet the City’s needs
o Response time
• The Evaluation Team recommends Brent Murley Plumbing (Primary) and Innovation HVAC Services, LLC (Secondary) for HVAC Services as the best values for the City of McKinney.
• Contract will commence on date of award and continue for a two (2) year period with three (3) one (1) year renewal options.

• Funding for these services is currently budgeted in the following account: 001-4117-433-8301
