RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution

ITEM SUMMARY:
* City staff met with the Stonebridge Ranch Association (the Association) representatives on November 21, 2014.

* The Association has recently finalized their annual budget.

* Membership fee notices will be mailed to the 9,200 homes in the Stonebridge Ranch Development next week.

* Due to timing of their budget approval and member notifications, the Association indicated there were two contract options (Options A and B) they could execute immediately upon City Council. Other options would be taken before their Board.

o Option A would allow a two (2) year contract during which the Association will maintain the medians at their current level ($16,733.34 / acre) for an annual reimbursement by the City of $187,405 ($3,794 / acre)

o Option B would allow a one (1) year contract during which the Association will maintain the medians at their current level ($16,733.34 / acre) for an annual reimbursement by the City of $187,405 ($3,794 / acre)

o Option C would allow a one (1) year contract with an annual reimbursement by the City of $88,920 ($1,800 / acre). This Option would be presented to the HOA Board for consideration.

o Option D would be to terminate the agreement. This option would also be presented to the HOA Board as needed to determine the continued level of service to be provided by the Association.
