RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
· Reject all bids under Solicitations #13-35CC and #14-03CC for the rehabilitation of the residence at 1306 Oak Street.
ITEM SUMMARY:
· The City of McKinney receives funds through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of eligible owner-occupied homes.
· Bids under Solicitations #13-35CC and #14-03CC were received and were both over budget
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· Based on a re-evaluation of the Scope of Work, the City of McKinney has elected to reject all bids for the Rehabilitation of 1306 Oak Street under Solicitations #13-35CC and #14-03CC.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
· Amount of rehabilitation contract not to exceed $85,000
