APPROVAL PROCESS: The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the June 4, 2013 meeting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning request with the following special ordinance provisions:
- Use and development of the subject property shall conform to Planned Development District Ordinance No. 2010-06-016, and as amended, except as follows:
- Daycare uses shall be allowed on the property.
- One canopy tree shall be provided for every 30 linear feet of frontage along Lake Forest Drive.
