• Approval of the Ordinance
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The City Council Chambers Audio / Visual Systems Upgrades Project requires funding to design the project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Due to aging infrastructure and antiquated A/V and Broadcasting systems, the City Council needs to upgrade all A/V Systems.
• This Ordinance allocates the required funding to design the required upgraded systems.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget for the project shall be amended by appropriating $65,000 from the PEG (public, educational and government) Channel Fund balance for the design portion of the project.
